PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Rehlat Al-Ataa is often involved as early as site recognition, and is available to help with preliminary cost estimates, scheduling, and feasibility studies. Knowing the blueprint for the successful execution of a project is as important as the construction of the project itself. We believe that 90% of the cost savings opportunities are available during the first 10% of the project timeline and usually happens before a shovel is ever turned.
We also offer pre-construction services to maximize the quality and cost effectiveness of your design solution. We do our best to “read between the lines” when we work with our clients to help identify unforeseen costs — even if they do not fall within the scope of our work.
